Orders

How quickly will my order ship?

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to process and ship out to you. We do our very best to ship expedited orders placed before 12:30pm EST the same day. All orders placed after 12:30pm EST will be processed the following business day. Check our Shipping page for the most up to date information on the shipping and delivery of orders. 


What forms of payment does Lauren Conrad Beauty accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Paypal


Can I modify my order after I’ve placed it?

Because we strive to process orders as quickly as possible after receiving, we cannot typically modify your order. If you notice an error, need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us via chat or email us at hello@laurenconradbeauty.com  as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate. 


Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping for orders greater than $35 to the contiguous US and Canada.

 

Do you offer International Shipping?

We currently offer shipping to Canada via DHL Parcel International Direct. All duties and taxes will be collected at checkout based on your shipping address. Please sign up for our newsletter for updates as we expand our international shipping.

 

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped which will include your tracking number. If you have created an account, you can log in at any time to see the status of your order including your tracking number. 


Can I return products if they do not work?

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you can return your product within 14 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please reference our Returns Policy for complete instructions.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive the incorrect product please contact us via chat or email us at hello@laurenconradbeauty.com and we will correct the issue right away.

What do I do if I my order was labeled "delivered" but I did not receive?

We are very sorry to hear that you did not receive your items. When the tracking information indicates that the package was delivered, Lauren Conrad Beauty is not held responsible if it is unable to be located. There is the chance that the courier marked your package as delivered, but was unable to complete the delivery. If this is the case, please allow 24-48 hours for your package to be delivered. Please also check with any neighbors that may have received your package by mistake. 

We encourage our customers to file a claim with the courier if your delivery is unable to be located. We also encourage orders to be sent to secure access points or your local carrier facility, to avoid any further shipping issues and delays.

Are Lauren Conrad Beauty products cruelty-free?

Yes, they are. We are Peta approved and guarantee no animal testing, no animal byproducts, and cruelty-free practices in the development and formulation of all Lauren Conrad Beauty products.


Are Lauren Conrad Beauty products vegan?

Yes! We do not use animal or animal-derived ingredients in our formulations. We do not use animal testing. We are PETA certified. 


What are your products free of?

Our products are always free of coal tar, formaldehyde, formaldehyde releasers, hydroquinone, isothiazolinones, mineral oil, oxybenzone, parabens, phthalates, retinyl palmitate, SLES, SLS, talc, and triclosan & triclocarban. For a full list checkout our “Formulated Without” Ingredients page. 


Can I recycle my packaging when I’m done with it?

Yes! Sustainability is at the core of Lauren Conrad Beauty. We have worked tirelessly to ensure our packaging is as eco-friendly as possible with the current materials available. Please reference our Recycle Page for instructions on how to recycle each product. 


Are Lauren Conrad Beauty products available anywhere else?

Lauren Conrad Beauty products are currently only available on laurenconradbeauty.com. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified as we expand. 


What do I do if I want a product that is sold out?

If you notice that a product you are interested in is sold out we encourage you to sign up on the product page to be notified when the product is back in stock. We are continually reordering and expanding our collection of products and we will email you as soon as your item is available to purchase. When you receive the email that your product is available we strongly recommend you purchase it quickly as our items are sometimes limited and may sell out again.
