Can I return my products?
We hope you love your Lauren Conrad Beauty products as much as we do, but if for some reason there is an issue, we accept returns on unopened, unused items purchased directly from laurenconradbeauty.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Due to health and safety risk, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used in any way.
How do I request a return?
To request a refund, email us at email@example.com. Please include “Return” and your order number in the email subject line (order number starts with “LCB”). In the email, include a brief message detailing the reason you are requesting a refund. In most cases, subject to our refund guidelines described above, we are happy to accommodate your request. We will follow up with you confirming the information needed to ship the product back to us. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless your product is defective or damaged prior to delivery. A $5 fee will be deducted from your refund for return shipping charges.
Do you charge for returns?
We deduct a $5 fee from your refund for return shipping. If we have approved your return of any unopened and unused product and you would like to order a different color or item, we are happy to waive the return shipping fee and help facilitate your exchange. If your item is damaged or defective we will rectify the issue at no expense to you. Original order shipping charges and duties on international orders are non-refundable.
What if my item is defective or damaged?
If your item arrived defective or damaged and you would like a refund or exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of the purchase date. Please include “Damaged” and your order number in the email subject line (order number starts with “LCB”), photo documentation of any reported damage or defect, and we will take care of the rest at no expense to you.
Can I make an exchange?
While you cannot currently exchange your order through the website at this time, please include a note if you would like to exchange your unopened, unused product in your email and our team will work with you to ensure you get the product you are hoping for.
All items purchased on sale or otherwise marked final sale cannot be return or exchanged. Your invoice will display “FINAL SALE” if it is applicable.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
We encourage you to ship your products back to us via a trackable shipping method to ensure your product does not get lost in transit. Once your product is received, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed. It can take up to 10 business days for the refund to show on your bank or credit card statement. If after 10 business days you still do not see the refund, please email us at email@example.com for assistance. Please note that shipping charges and return shipping charges and duties on international orders are non-refundable unless your product is defective or damaged prior to delivery.
