COVID-19 UPDATE

Our warehouse team and facility are taking all possible necessary steps to maintain a safe workplace and to preserve the health of our team and the safety of your order. We are currently experiencing a 2 day delay in order processing but are doing everything we can to get your order our as quickly as possible. Our shipping carrier partners have shared that domestic deliveries are continuing as usual but may encounter a delay of up to 10 days. Because of shipping carrier restrictions and guarantees, we are not able to offer expedited shipping at this time. If you need your order expedited please contact customer service and we will assist you as best we can however no expedited shipping methods are guaranteed at this time. Our top priority is maintaining the health and safety of our team. We will continue to share updates as we have them.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do. Orders over $35 automatically receive free ground shipping anywhere in the contiguous US and Canada.

Please note that we cannot offer Expedited or Air shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

We process orders within 24hours. All orders placed after 12:30PM EST will be handled the following business day. Expedited orders placed before 12:30PM EST will be shipped the same day.  

How can I check the status of my order?

We encourage you to create an account when placing your order. If you created an account, you can log in at any time to view the status of your order including the tracking number once it has shipped. We will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number when your order ships and you can track it directly with the carrier at any time. We will email you updates with the status of your order as well.

What should I do if I entered my address or information incorrectly?

Contact hello@laurenconradbeauty.com as soon as you notice the issue. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify your order but we will do our best to update your order if it has not already been processed. In the event that we are unable to modify your order because it has already shipped, the order will be returned to sender and we will refund your order. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. 

What should I do if there is an issue with the delivery of my order?

We encourage you to contact the carrier directly. In most cases, the carrier will only speak with the recipient of the package. We will not be able to coordinate the delivery on your behalf. In some cases, you may need to modify your delivery address with the carrier which may result in additional charges. Lauren Conrad Beauty is not responsible for these charges. We suggest collecting the package at your local carrier facility to avoid any additional charges.  

What happens if my package is labeled as "delivered" but I did not receive?

We are very sorry to hear that you did not receive your items. When the tracking information indicates that the package was delivered, Lauren Conrad Beauty is not held responsible if it is unable to be located. There is the chance that the courier marked your package as delivered, but was unable to complete the delivery. If this is the case, please allow 24-48 hours for your package to be delivered. Please also check with any neighbors that may have received your package by mistake. 

We encourage our customers to file a claim with the courier if your delivery is unable to be located. We also encourage orders to be sent to secure access points or your local carrier facility, to avoid any further shipping issues and delays.

What happens if my package never arrives?

If your package is lost, please contact hello@laurenconradbeauty.com and we will work with you to file a claim for the package. This process can take up to two weeks. We will work with you to replace or refund your order if we find your package was lost in transit.
